ASHWAGANDHA NATURAL FOCUS. Food supplement. Contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women (11 mg per daily serving – 1 capsule). Capsule-based product containing plant extracts.
¹Ashwagandha helps maintain physical and mental performance in cases of weakness, exhaustion, fatigue, and loss of concentration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take a single serving of the product – 1 capsule – with 250 ml of water. Use 1 serving daily during a meal. Do not use before bedtime. Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not use for longer than 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
WARNINGS: The product should not be consumed when taking sedative, hypnotic, or antiepileptic medications. Do not use in cases of thyroid, liver, or heart disease, hyperandrogenism, or when taking medications with a depressant effect on the central nervous system. Do not use in cases of cardiovascular disease or hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol. Individuals taking antidiabetic medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the product ingredients. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry place at 15–25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.

56% Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) [1.5% withanolides], capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], 11% Bacopa leaf extract (Bacopa monnieri L. Wettst) [50% bacosides], 11% American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius L.) [5% ginsenosides], 6% guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth) [22% caffeine], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
