The "Medium" package will provide you and loved ones with the highest quality medical care, including access to a wide range of doctors, advanced preventive services and diagnostics, as well as home visits. The price of the package is reduced thanks to a small premium you pay for visits and selected tests.

Book appointments for convenient dates and times at the location of your choice and in the most convenient way :

• online,
• by telephone,
• in person at the facility. You can get medical advice whenever you need it - including without leaving home: :
• during a visit at the medical centre,
• via telephone through the telephone medical advice services,
• through chat or video consultations with a doctor (as part of e-visit services).

You will gain access to the Medicover OnLine Patient Portal and the Medicover Mobile Application, thanks to which you can:

ACTIVATION

Your medical package will be active from the first day of the following month.

Don’t want to wait? When placing an order for a package by the 15th of the month, complete a request for retro activation (e.g. by purchasing the package on 14 May you can request to activate it retroactively- i.e. on 01 May).

CONTRACT

The contract is concluded for 12 months. There is a one-time payment (paid for one year in advance).
