Directions for use: Take 2 capsules twice daily with an adequate amount of water, preferably during a meal. The recommended daily serving is 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at 15–25°C, in a tightly closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. After opening, consume within 3 months.
