Blood test package with home collection – the given price includes the costs of conducting tests and home collection, whether you're at home or in the office, within the agglomeration of the selected city.

What does the pre-surgery or pre-procedure package include?

Before any surgery, contrast administration, or invasive procedure, presenting current test results is required. The package includes commonly required tests - complete blood count, blood clotting, kidney function parameters, TSH, highly infectious viral diseases, and blood type with RhD antibodies.

The package includes:

• General urine test
• Complete blood count with a 5-part differential analyzer
• APTT
• PT
• TSH
• Creatinine
• Hbs Antigen
• HIV
• Hbs Antibody
• Blood Type with confirmation
• Home or office sample collection within the agglomeration of your chosen city

Preparation for the test:

• Avoid exercise 24 hours before the test.
• Fast for at least 12 hours.
• We collect the samples usually in the morning between 7 and 11 AM.
• Drink a glass of non-carbonated water before the test.
• Avoid morning medications and dietary supplements unless instructed otherwise by a doctor.
• Limit substance use two days before the collection.

Sample collection at home, office, or anywhere you are—we come to you.

How it works:

1) Choose one of the home sample collection packages.

2) After payment, we contact you to arrange the collection location and a convenient time.

3) We come to you, collect the sample, and you can return to your activities shortly after.

4) Receive results conveniently online, usually on the same evening, on our website by entering your PESEL number and test number, sent to you via SMS.
