Directions for Use:

Take 1 capsule daily with an appropriate amount of liquid. On training days: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before training. On non-training days: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime. The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
