Regular laboratory tests enable the early detection of health problems such as anemia or thyroid disorders. A quick diagnosis and the start of treatment allow for better daily functioning and maintaining the energy needed to care for the baby.

Postpartum health monitoring is also crucial for detecting possible postpartum complications or infections. Regular gynecological consultations and laboratory tests are fundamental steps a woman should take to ensure the best start for both herself and her child in this new stage of life.

Package Scope:

The post-pregnancy laboratory test package at POLMED is a set of tests dedicated to postpartum care, including:

Complete blood count (CBC),
Ferritin,
FT4,
TSH,
CRP,
Anti-TPO.

Why should you take the test package?

The test package allows for a preventive assessment of a woman's health after pregnancy and childbirth and helps diagnose various disorders—including anemia, thyroid diseases, postoperative complications, and infections (e.g., after a cesarean section).

Additional Information

The test package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. You can take the tests at the POLMED Medical Center selected during purchase.

The prices of test packages are already calculated, taking into account a discount for purchasing the entire set of tests. Therefore, they are not subject to additional discounts available to patients using POLMED medical care under insurance policies and individual or corporate medical packages.

After purchasing the test package, a representative from the selected Medical Center will contact you within two business days to arrange a convenient appointment for your test.
