What Does the “Conscious Man” Comprehensive Health Check Involve?

Conscious Man is a Comprehensive Health Check for men performed at Medicover. The package includes: ultrasound examinations, ECG, blood and urine tests. It covers 18 diagnostic tests and a medical consultation, as well as an eye examination and a dental check-up.

The examinations and consultations are essential for a comprehensive health assessment. If performed separately outside the “Conscious Man” package, they may cost up to PLN 436 more. The package price is nearly 28% lower than the total cost of completing all 18 tests (15 laboratory tests, 2 ultrasounds, and ECG) along with an internal medicine consultation individually.

By purchasing the package, you save not only money but also time. The tests and medical consultation are coordinated—you only need to visit the Medical Center twice. The optometrist appointment and dental check-up are carried out separately at different locations.

As part of the health check, a Health Report is prepared, including described test results and written medical recommendations regarding, among others, further diagnostics and treatment of detected abnormalities, dietary guidance, and lifestyle modifications.

Within 24 business hours of purchase, a health check coordinator will contact you to propose convenient appointment dates. The coordinator will be present during the screening at the Medicover Medical Center and will guide you to the scheduled examinations and consultations.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must cancel it by calling 500 900 505. Otherwise, rescheduled examinations or consultations will be charged to the patient.

Where Can I Complete the “Conscious Man” Screening?

The “Conscious Man” health check is available at selected Medicover Medical Centers in the largest cities in Poland: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Szczecin, Lublin, and Łódź.

The free eye examination is carried out during an additional visit at Medicover Optyk or OKKO optical stores in selected cities.

The free dental check-up is carried out during an additional visit at Medicover Stomatologia clinics.
