What will you check with the vegetarian diet package?

Every person following elimination diets is at risk of various deficiencies. Individuals following a vegetarian or vegan diet often observe, among other things, reduced levels of B-group vitamins, low iron levels, or elevated protein levels. Preparation for the test:

• Avoid exercise 24 hours before the test.
• Fast for at least 12 hours.
• We collect the samples usually in the morning between 7 and 11 AM.
• Drink a glass of non-carbonated water before the test.
• Avoid morning medications and dietary supplements unless instructed otherwise by a doctor.
• Limit substance use two days before the collection.

Sample collection at home, office, or anywhere you are—we come to you.

How it works:

2) After payment, we contact you to arrange the collection location and a convenient time.

3) We come to you, collect the sample, and you can return to your activities shortly after.

4) Receive results conveniently online, usually on the same evening, on our website by entering your PESEL number and test number, sent to you via SMS.
