Healthy male: Kidney

This is an extended version of the "Healthy Man: Prevention" package, including tests for basic health parameters as well as additional laboratory tests to assess kidney function and the urinary system. The analyzed indicators—urea, uric acid, and creatinine with eGFR—are byproducts of nitrogen metabolism, primarily eliminated by the kidneys. Elevated levels of these markers may indicate impaired kidney filtration. With this package, you gain the opportunity for early detection of potential health issues and the implementation of appropriate preventive measures.

When should you consider these tests?

• If you want a comprehensive assessment of your overall health. It is important to remember that symptoms such as difficulty urinating, swelling, hypertension combined with headaches, or chronic fatigue often appear only in the advanced stages of kidney damage. Therefore, regular monitoring is crucial.
• If you belong to a high-risk group for kidney diseases, such as chronic kidney failure or diabetic kidney disease (DKD).

Tested Material:
The tested material is serum, obtained from blood.

Preparation for the Test:
The sample should be collected while fasting, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning hours between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Test Results Availability:
Test results are available within 1 business day on the website. They can also be collected in person at the ClinicLab Collection Point at Ogrodowa 31 Street in Warsaw.
