Healthy Senior Package: Prevention

The Healthy Senior: Preventive Package has been designed for people over 65 years old who want to maintain their health and an active lifestyle. This comprehensive package enables monitoring of key health parameters and allows for early detection of potential health problems.

The package includes the following tests:

• Complete blood count with automatic differential (6diff) – a full analysis that helps assess overall health and detect potential deficiencies or hematological disorders.
• Creatinine (CREA) with eGFR – a test to evaluate kidney function, essential for preventing kidney diseases in seniors.
• Albumin level – a parameter that helps assess nutritional status and liver function.
• Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) – an enzyme indicating liver cell damage, crucial for liver health monitoring.
• Lipid profile (CHOL, HDL, non-HDL, LDL, TG) – a test to assess the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
• Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) – an analysis of thyroid function, which can change with age and affect senior health.
• Glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) – helpful in monitoring diabetes and controlling blood glucose levels.
• NT-proBNP level – a test that evaluates heart function and helps detect cardiovascular issues such as heart failure, which is common among seniors.

The tested material is serum from blood.

Preparation for the Test:
The blood sample should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Test results are available up to 3 working days on the website. You can also collect them in person at the ClinicLab Intake Point at 31 Ogrodowa Street in Warsaw.
