This service is intended exclusively for patients who have purchased the GENactive Sport genetic testing package (either blood-based or saliva-based). The teleconsultation can only take place after you have received your results report.
During the teleconsultation, a sports medicine physician will discuss your genetic test results, review health-related aspects of sports participation specific to you, and provide additional medical recommendations if needed.
Important: The doctor will make three attempts to contact you at the scheduled time. After three unsuccessful attempts, the appointment is forfeited.
Instructions
- Add the product to your cart.
- Click Go to cart or the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.
- On the right side, you will see a SUMMARY section and the price. Below the price, there is a message: I have a gift card or promotional code. Click this message and enter the promotional code found in your results report.
- The price should update to 0.00. Select the GIFT CARD payment method and continue.
- Choose to purchase as a guest or register with MediClub to access discounts in the future.
- Indicate whether you are purchasing for yourself or for someone else, then enter the required information. Remember that this is a medical product, so you must provide accurate personal data.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Place order. You will receive appointment information via email.
NOTE: Immediately after scheduling your appointment, install the Medicover OnLine app and upload your test results so the doctor can review them in advance.
