Laryngolog - konsultacja

Laryngologists consult and treat patients suffering from illnesses of the ear, nose, paranasal sinuses, larynx and throat.

During the consultation, a laryngologist:

• takes the patient’s history and performs an otorhinolaryngological examination, including a laryngeal examination;
• makes diagnoses;
• provides medical recommendations;
• prescribes drugs;
• issues medical referrals for tests and examinations, consultations, and hospital treatments
• issues sick leaves.

During the appointment, a laryngologist may perform ear washing, remove sutures and apply an ear dressing

A consultation lasts 20 minutes.
