During an appointment, the psychiatrist:

• makes general assessment of the patient’s mental health,
• conducts diagnostic tests and examinations,
• performs tests in order to assess the memory functions and psycho-motor abilities,
• qualifies patients for hospital treatment,
• issues opinions, applications and certificates,
• issues sick notes.

Patients must arrive not later than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Services can be performed only in the medical centre indicated during the purchasing procedure.
