During an appointment, the psychiatrist:
- makes general assessment of the patient’s mental health,
- conducts diagnostic tests and examinations,
- performs tests in order to assess the memory functions and
psycho-motor abilities,
- qualifies patients for hospital treatment,
- issues opinions, applications and certificates,
- issues sick notes.
Patients must arrive not later than 15 minutes before their
scheduled appointment.
Services can be performed only in the medical centre indicated
during the purchasing procedure.
