The Health Assessment for Women with an overnight stay at SALUS Hospital is a comprehensive, preventive screening dedicated primarily to busy and hardworking individuals who wish to undergo a full medical evaluation IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

The assessment includes three key elements:

• a universal package of basic diagnostic tests and specialist consultations
• an extended set of additional tests determined based on the initial internal medicine evaluation
• a concluding internal medicine consultation, including any recommendations for further management

The medical assessment covers the most common so-called lifestyle diseases — primarily evaluating the cardiovascular system (cardiology and internal medicine consultations) and the body’s metabolic functions (a broad range of biochemical blood tests). If abnormalities are detected, this enables prevention or at least reduction of the risk of potential consequences (heart attacks and strokes remain very common causes of death).

Cancer diseases are also a frequent source of concern when we think about the future. For this reason, we offer a package of imaging tests — X-ray and ultrasound — which help assess the condition of internal organs for potential structural abnormalities. As an additional component, we perform tumour marker assessments (CEA, CA, AFP, PSA), which, combined with other tests, provide a more complete picture of the body.

To achieve the most accurate final diagnosis possible, the package includes a brief assessment of hormonal function and screening for viral liver diseases.

Of course, no one can predict the future. No test guarantees 100% certainty of long and healthy life. However, performing an extensive and medically justified set of examinations gives us reliable and up-to-date information about our health and the actions we can or should take today to wake up tomorrow with greater peace of mind.

RULES OF SERVICE DELIVERY

1. Purchase the service “Health Assessment with an overnight stay at SALUS Hospital”.
2. Our coordinator will contact you to determine which scope of assessment you are interested in:

• STANDARD — as specified in the service “Description” — in this case you will pay only the base price of the Assessment
• INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED — extended with an initial internal medicine consultation and examination, as well as any additional tests ordered by the doctor based on your health condition — in this case, you will need to pay at the SALUS reception desk for the additional services ordered after the initial internal medicine consultation

NOTE: instead of an in-person visit to the SALUS Health Centre for the initial internal medicine consultation, you may opt for a video consultation as part of the health assessment.

1. After agreeing on the scope of tests with the Coordinator, you will schedule the test dates and your hospital admission. Based on arrangements with you and the doctor, the Coordinator will plan the exact date (day and time) of each test and consultation during your stay at SALUS Hospital to ensure everything proceeds as quickly and smoothly as possible.
2. On the scheduled day, at around 8:00 AM, you will arrive fasting at the SALUS Hospital Admission Room, where the Coordinator will welcome you and guide you to the planned tests.
3. During your stay at SALUS Hospital, you will receive a room with a private bathroom, free TV and Wi-Fi, and round-the-clock medical and nursing care as standard — plus meals.
4. The coordinator assigned to you will take you to your consultations and tests according to the agreed schedule, after which you will return to your room.
5. On the next day, after completing all scheduled tests, you will meet with an internal medicine doctor who, based on the complete results, will provide a summary assessment of your health. You will receive specific recommendations regarding your health status and any further steps, along with a discharge summary and a full set of results. If necessary, you will also receive information for your primary care physician. You will leave SALUS Hospital with the feeling that you have done something truly important and beneficial for yourself…

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You may use the Health Assessment with an overnight stay at SALUS Hospital within 6 months from the date of purchase (as indicated on the order confirmation).

The screening is performed at SALUS Hospital in Słupsk, 8 Zielona Street.

For the quality of results and your comfort during the stay, please follow the doctor’s recommendations and the Coordinator’s instructions.

Please remember that if you choose the individually tailored package, an additional payment will be required for extra tests — payable by cash or card at the SALUS cashier desk.
