When to perform the basic package?

The basic package is a set of tests that allow the assessment of the overall condition of the body and early detection of chronic and lifestyle diseases. The tests should be conducted at least once a year – early diagnosis and initiation of treatment provide a chance for a complete recovery from conditions that initially progress without symptoms.

Package includes:

• Complete Blood Count
• Erythrocyte sedimentation rate
• Glucose
• General Urine Test
• Sodium
• Potassium
• Magnesium
• Iron
• Lipid Profile
• Uric Acid
• Creatinine
• Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST)
• Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT)
• Sample collection at home or office, within the agglomeration of the selected city.

Preparation for the test:

• Avoid exercise 24 hours before the test.
• Fast for at least 12 hours.
• We collect the samples usually in the morning between 7 and 11 AM.
• Drink a glass of non-carbonated water before the test.
• Avoid morning medications and dietary supplements unless instructed otherwise by a doctor.
• Limit substance use two days before the collection

Sample collection at home, office, or anywhere you are—we come to you.

How it works:

1)      Choose one of the home sample collection packages.

2)      After payment, we contact you to arrange the collection location and a convenient time.

3)      We come to you, collect the sample, and you can return to your activities shortly after.

4)      Receive results conveniently online, usually on the same evening, on our website by entering your PESEL number and test number, sent to you via SMS.
