A surgical oncologist specialises in surgical treatment of cancer. They provide consultations for suspected and diagnosed cancer patients in Warsaw.

Consultations provided by a surgical oncologist include the following:

• qualifying the patient for surgery
• planning of surgical procedures
• monitoring the patient’s health after surgery
• assistance in life-threatening conditions
• education of patients on procedures to be followed in cancer.

You should turn up for the visit no later than 15 minutes before it is scheduled to start.
