• learn how much exercise you should be doing,
• learn about your overall health, which will help you choose the best form of exercise for you,

• receive a medical confirmation that you may practice amateur sports.

The Health Check-up 'For the Active' includes:

• a urine test
• a blood test:

                  - CBC
                  - lipid profile (LDL, HDL, cholesterol, triglycerides)
                  - glucose
                  - creatinine – assessment of kidney function

• resting ECG
• echocardiogram
• consultation with a cardiologist who will evaluate test results and on their basis recommend the amount and type of physical activity
• consultation with a physiotherapist who will assess the musculoskeletal system and provide instruction on how to avoid muscle strain and injuries during exercise
