Telemedical consultation is available only for patients currently residing in Poland.
During the consultation, the gynecologist will conduct a medical interview, assess previously performed laboratory and imaging tests, provide medical recommendations, and answer questions regarding the infertility treatment process based on the patient's treatment history.
A gynecologist is a specialist focused on women's health. They are experts in the prevention and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive organs, as well as prenatal care during pregnancy.
The follow-up infertility consultation is dedicated to patients who have already attended their initial infertility consultation at InviMed.
Dear Patient,
Any adult, regardless of their previous treatment history, can use a telemedical consultation. However, please note that when booking this service, you are purchasing a telemedical consultation, not a visit at a specific InviMed infertility clinic. The cities displayed in the information above refer only to the location where the doctor works.
Medical services are provided by the InviMed clinic in telemedicine form during the epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 infections. However, we reserve the right to change the method of service provision if the epidemic ends or if a specific medical case requires direct contact with the patient.
Other important information:
- Once the payment for the consultation has been received, a consultant from the InviMed infertility clinics helpline will contact the patient using the phone number provided in the registration form to schedule or confirm the phone consultation, if the date has already been selected.
- The time of the scheduled phone consultation is approximate – the doctor will call within +/- 15 minutes of the indicated time.
- The call will be initiated by the doctor, who will make three attempts to connect at intervals of 1–2 minutes from the number 500900887. If the call is disconnected, the doctor will attempt to reconnect.
- If the patient does not reschedule or cancel the consultation and the doctor fails to establish contact after three attempts, the consultation is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
- Phone calls are recorded.
- Upon receiving a call from the doctor, the patient will hear an automated message informing them about the call. The doctor will then ask for basic personal data, including the PESEL number, to verify the patient’s identity.
- The phone consultation will last a maximum of 20 (twenty) minutes.
- During the phone consultation, the doctor provides information and recommendations only regarding the patient for whom the service was booked.
- During the consultation, the doctor cannot:
- issue medical certificates, particularly those related to temporary incapacity for work due to illness, hospitalization, or other inpatient services, or the necessity to personally care for a sick family member;
- schedule an appointment or any other health service at an InviMed infertility clinic (for such matters, please contact the helpline at: 500 900 888).
- As part of the telemedical service, the doctor may recommend an in-person visit, calling an ambulance, or seeking medical help at another facility or institution.
As part of the phone consultation, the gynecologist will:
- conduct a medical interview,
- review previously performed laboratory and imaging tests, if provided by the Patient,
- make a preliminary diagnosis,
- provide advice and recommendations,
- answer questions regarding the infertility treatment process based on the patient’s medical history.
The doctor may also:
- recommend necessary diagnostic tests.
