You have 3 months (from the date indicated in the order confirmation) to use the package.
Test results are available within 3 business days.

How to Schedule the Package?
First, select the city and Medical Center where you would like to complete the package. Then fill in the form with your personal details and pay for the purchase.
To complete the tests:

How to Arrange a Home Blood Collection?
To schedule a home blood collection, select the city of Warsaw and then choose the facility “Home Visit (Warsaw)”. Within 24 business hours, a nurse will contact the patient to arrange the appointment date.
The service is provided from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., after prior appointment confirmation by the nurse, exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Warsaw for patients over 16 years of age.

Preparation for Blood Collection
You should fast before the test, maintaining an 8–12 hour interval between your last meal and blood collection.
If you are taking medications, consult your doctor in advance to confirm whether you may take them before the test. Inform the medical staff about any medications, supplements, or herbal preparations you are taking.
Try to attend the test well-rested and relaxed.
Avoid intense physical activity the day before and immediately prior to the test.
Rest for 10–15 minutes before blood collection.
Avoid alcohol for 2–3 days before the test.
Avoid large amounts of coffee and tea, as well as heavy and fatty meals, the day before the test.
Drink a glass of water before blood collection.
Note! Blood collection should take place in the morning (no later than 10:00 a.m.).
If a urine test is performed in addition to blood tests, you must bring a properly collected sample and hand it to the nurse during the visit.
Preparation for a Urine Test
Before the test, obtain a sterile, single-use container (available at pharmacies).
The urine sample should be collected independently by the patient into the sterile container.
The sample should be collected in the morning after a night’s rest, before breakfast and before drinking coffee or tea.
Before collecting the sample, thoroughly wash your hands and the urethral area (in women, the vulvar area from front to back) using warm water and soap. Dry with a disposable paper towel.
Collect a midstream urine sample into the container. The sample should contain 50–100 ml of urine.
Close the container tightly, store it in a cool place, and hand it to the nurse during the home visit.
Note! The urine sample should be delivered to the laboratory no later than 4 hours after collection.
